There are many variables on pricing, including: time of year (high demand months like from September through to December or February through to June); how far in advance you can book; competing events; the size and number of days your event runs; and the complexity and number of elements involving additional vendors. Our sales team can help you navigate these variables and assist you in creating the best value.
For our national and international clients we are usually a fantastic advantage over other currencies (the Canadian dollar is wonderful for our European and American clients, as an example). We also offer a tax advantage in that we do NOT have a provincial sales tax, which can vary from other Canadian provinces by as much as 10%. Finally, our team is happy to assist you by returning federal sales tax of 5% (called GST), if 25% or more of the attendees at your event reside outside of Canada.
